To Paris with Love

I had the loveliest time in Paris, exploring the different museums and tourist sites. Doing yoga in front of the Eiffel Tower. Wandering the catacombs and the Pere Lachaise cemetery. The light and dark aspects of the city, and life, but all things beautiful. Delicious food and wine. Pain au Chocolat and eclairs. La Galarie Dior. Champagne at the foot of Sacre Coeur. By foot and on metro, covering kilometer after kilometer each day, then getting up each morning to head out again. Basking in the sun, and soaking up the raindrops.

Managing Expectations in Life

Good times, and bad times, we all have them. Whether the duration is a day, or even a year, we all know what it’s like to ride the wave of excitement and achievement, or on the flip side, slide down the tunnel of anxiety and disappointment. Some may call it a string of good or bad luck, but really, it’s just a part of life, and there is no way to avoid it. We’re told to enjoy the good times, and endure the hard times, because nothing lasts forever. After all, change is the only constant in life.

Figuring Out What You Really Want Out of (Post-Pandemic) Life

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel a little bit off lately? The pandemic, at least in the U.S., seems to be winding down thanks to the vaccine rollout. By most accounts, we are beginning to transition back into life as we knew it. After about 15 months of limited options, we now have a wide array of options on how we spend our free time, and professional time too!

Living Your Best Post-Pandemic Life

Can you see it? There seems to be a light at the end of the pandemic tunnel and new opportunities lie ahead. There is a mix of excitement and anxiety in the air. Some of us might be getting back to the office soon, or taking a trip to see family and friends that we’ve been missing. Others might need some extra time to feel comfortable socializing in large groups again, after all, we’ve been mostly staying within our personal bubbles for over a year. Masked or unmasked (and vaccinated), choose the option that makes you feel the most comfortable.
